We bought the product online on 8/13/2016 2:24:33 PM and got faulty product delivered to us. The product we ordered was DR. AQUAGUARD MAGNA UV + Mineral Cartridge + Biotron. Initially the product was giving foul smelling water for which we raised a complaint no.88810193 the service person came and said the installation person forgot to clean some cartridge. After the he cleaned the product and left the product stopped working in the evening and started flashing red light. After three days the product stopped working and is flashing red blue and green light and the water is not filling. We lodged two complaints with EF and still they have not resolved the issue. The have not even visited to check the product despite us calling them several time. We have finally cancelled the product online and waiting for refund. Very poor Service by Aqua Guard. I will not recommedn this product to anyone. I also saw the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LBWEwzD05jg and still did not believe and went ahead buying this product. I am now regretting my decision of buying this awful product. Once Eureka Forbes was a trusted brand and not it has turned into a cheating & fraud company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
