[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — faulty products shipped twice and not refunding | |||
This is not the eureka forbes used to be a decade ago, bought dr. Aquaguard genius + model which is the top varient of premium segment worth ₹ 24000/- they shipped faulty water purifiers that too twice, spoke with all authorities, no reply on refund my amount. Surprisingly the call center toll free number given on website is of some mobile service provider. There is no qa/ qc screen the printing of a box pack machine had fault shockingly, no after sales support, very serious matter, now having doubt on their claims now what they say. Both useless machines are kept at my place without any use to me or them, simply not responding on my refund. They are least bothered to anything, very reluctant..
