I bought eureka forbes's water purifier "dr. Aquaguard classic+ with booster pump""online at www.eurekaforbes.com worth inr 12490 on dated 22 july 2019. The product was delivered on dated 23 july 2019, thereafter, i contacted eureka forbes many times through possible different channels (Phone, whatsapp, twitter and e mail) for the installation. It was very unfortunate that after paying a big amount of rs. 12490 on the behalf of their brand and market reputation expecting better service and product. It is again very unfortunate that after my repeated requests for the installation which is the whole sole responsibility of eureka forbes, no one came for the installation till 27 july 2019. I was worried about, my money already paid to the eureka forbes and their behaviour of irresponsibility, then i contacted eureka forbes's headquarter and prayed them for the installation. Finally on dated 28 july 2017 at 8:30 am one technician installed the water purifier. This was the horror experience i faced,
But, this is not end of the story. After installation, technician started the machine but machine was not working even putted power on machine for 10 minutes then technician unmounted the machine from wall and opened the cabinet to diagnose the issue. That mount and unmount exercise was done again and again but issue was not diagnosed. At present machine is no working. I request for appropriate compensation from the company who harassed me a lot and wasted my precious time and i request to take action against such company for their faulty product delivered and delayed in compulsory services.
