##No Response even after escalation ##
I Purchased a New Waterpurifier [NRICH HD UV] on 12th June. The Product started Leaking after 2 days of Installation to which a technician attended and fixed a screw. In the next 2-3 days it again started leaking and the SR [protected]was raised.
The Product appeared faulty and I have specifically asked for replacement. After 20days of logging request, it was attended and the technician found one of the parts was faulty and temporarily bypassed the part itself on 12th July due to expected lockdown the next day.
The problem is not fixed yet despite lockdown being lifted. I have no update on Ticket as well. It feels like a waste of money by purchasing such a high end model.
I could barely use the product for 15days in all, since purchase due to faulty product.
Please REPLACE the product immediately.
As the machine is running without one of its part, if the product gets damaged further...who will be responsible for it ?
