I had purchased the above product over a year back & the same is now not covered under warranty. On 29th April 2017, had registered a complaint regd the machine, that some burning smell is coming, complaint No. [protected], same was not attended. Registered another complaint on 07th May' 17, Complaint No. 99330630, again the complaint was not attended too. Registered another complaint on 09th May' 17, Complaint No.[protected], On registering the complaint, I was told that the previous complaint Nos have been closed after attending to the complaint, whereas nobody had attended to the complaint. Again called on 10th May' 17, Complaint No.99354833, Called again on 11th May' 17, Complaint No. [protected] Called today i.e. 13th May' 17, Complaint No.[protected] Every time you call the customer care, each time they take more than 15 mins asking the same questions again & again, they make false promises that the complaint would be attended 100 % today itself but it never happens. I just fail to understand, how many more complaints i am supposed to register before you send your technician. This thing cannot go like this anymore & I reserve the rights to go to the consumer forum against Eureka Forbes, I shall wait until tomorrow i.e 14th May'17, failing which, I shall go legal against you. Finally post the complaint, they sent a service engineer who charged us Rs.425/= to connect a wire which had got disconnected as usual!

The Vaccum Cleaner stops working, every time we use it (once a year). Last year, when the service engineer came to our house, he insisted that the motor is burnt, and needed to be replaced, and so he will need to take it to the service center. On my insistence, he opened it, before I let him take it, only to confirm that my diagnosis of the problem was correct, and like every other year, the motor was perfectly fine, and it was a dry shouldering issue, where some internal wire had got disconnected.
This year, their service is the worst I have seen so far. After confirming that they will come in the afternoon, 3 times, they did not turn up. I lost my earnings for the 3 days as I had to take leave. The last time the service engineer called up and said that he is not able to come to my residence. Its been about two (2) months since I had first registered the complaint.
I will request all those who get in touch with me, to buy products from some other company as this is the worst service I have ever seen. Our Prime Minister, and also Mr Ratan Tata himself, speaks of exemplary service, which this Tata organisation does not seem to follow.
Wanted to know if there is a service parameter they are evaluated against. I have asked them the time limit they set for themselves to service a complaint. Their answer (recorded on phone) is that they have none. To this one can understand that they, might choose to attend this complaint maybe 20 years later, by when if I am still alive, would have sent this useless piece of machinery (which cost me a bomb, when i bought it), to the junkyard long back.
