[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Free amc servise for water purifier

I got amc on 07.09.2015 for water purifier. But till now only one free service done on dated 04.02.16. I call several times to service center but not sent service engineer till day. My contract receipt no. Is[protected]. Take necessary action please. Our water purifier model is re viva ro.
