Eureka forbes, Product: ro+uv water purifier (Smart plus ro+uv+mtds) Sr. No.- [protected] We have recently bought aquagaurd ro on 18th oct, 2018 and now it has got some problems. We tried contacting your customer care centre who kept on giving us different numbers, after a long hustle we got a call from an ro engineer, but when he came to know that we have free service then he denied to come, gave a tons of excuses and asked us to contact customer care again. What kind of response is that. We bought aquagaurd because some of our known had it but we are thinking of never recommending this to anybody. Kindly send us an engineer asap.
