Eureka Forbes — Free service not attended and service engineer not provided

My product is eureka forbes Aqua sure water purifier have 12 month warranty in which two times free service is available we intimate for free service from date 13 Sept 2020 but company does respond for any any home service yet.There customer care said that our technician will be attend shortly but no any service provide by these company engineers. They are such alyre .
The company not responding any service we are need to drink non purifier water so we will may be suffer from illness this condition does not understand the company service dept
