[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Frequent failure of equipment due to weight sensor & pathetic service support | |||||
I regret for being a helpless consumer for purchasing an EUREKA Water Purifier and frequent failure of the equipment . More so their service support is very pathetic as their service center keep singing that "No Spare". Even after 1 month of Lodging a complaint (complaint NO: [protected]) they still not got the courtesy to attend and claims still spare is not there. I would not be able to recommend any EUREKA forbes products even to my enemies. Was this information helpful? | |||||
