Eureka forbes have sold us a defective geneus plus ro purifier. The whole family started getting sick and after testing the water the results have come back as the purified water is bacteriologicaly contaminated. I have made a claim under the 30 days money back guarantee, it has been more than 20 days and still the are giving a run around and making false promises as some one would contact me. I have made so many phone calls and send a couple of emails still no response received. Every time the response i get is someone would contact me which never seems to happen.

I have complain for reinstall my acuagaurd in three times. But till date not any action taken by your company. Your representative give the assurance for reinstall within three days. But when coming the three days. As a customer this type of service from your company unexpected.
