[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Give me written explanation about delay of my service & why you cheat me. | |||||
I Madhuri Singh your 15 year old customer and i use eureka forbes water purification, model name classic, but from last four year company cheated me. I gived you two year amc contract from 2013 but after contract your not a single employee or technician has seen me. And when contract time was almost complete than you technician was came to my house for servicing and contract for new amc. And this time they do too much cheated me one they not give me servicing in appropriate time and without my knowledge he issue some part which value is Rs 350/- on behalf of my name.and still my one year servicing is not done.
