[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — harassing customer service

It is very sad to see, companies in such important business of water purification is harassing people there horrible services.

We have a complain live since may 2019 and no serious action has been taken till date. Consequently, people (Including infants and senior citizens) are falling repeated sick.

Infact, a non qualified technician they sent even messed with our machine leading to a major short circuit. This could have also lead to a fire at home. They are risking customer lives at all level.

After all of this, till today my mother who is 60yrs old and is not supposed to go through so much stress, calling aquaguard daily and having long calls in a hope to get a resolution. It is a shame to see that they don't even spare senior citizens.

We have transfereed from machilipatnam
to gampalagudem near thiruvu we want
to install it now.so you can send any one
to install. Our complaint is the water is leaking from aquaguard from more than five months from servicing.So please send as fast as possible.
