Eureka Forbes — I am complaining about aquaguard

Model st-2000 installed at our residence since 1998 & are availing regular amc since then. Recently the cylinder of the filter started leaking & we complained in ur lucknow office on 4th, 12th, 16th, 18th & 19th august repeatedly. They have been assuring of quick redressal. But nothing has been done till now. We have been facing great inconvenience.
Pls resolve it urgently.

After continue reminder for installation, there is no response from your side, therefore. I request you to return the same same on urgent base.

1) Though Company has reinstall the water purifer in new location, new address is not updated in thier portal.
2) Though AMC taken for FY 2015-16, they have not attended though complaiun registered several times in Dec15
3) In Feb 16, service person carried out AMC and taken cash but AMC for FY 2016-17 is not reflecting in their portal.
