Sir, dr. Ag magna uv water purifier is working in my residence at coonoor, the nilgiris, tamilnadu. Water purifier sl. No [protected] is working under annual maintenance contract. We are using water purifier water. Recently, during rainy days my children were affected by jaundice disease. For changing cartridge, i have contact your service engineer number [protected]. No response. I have spend more money for my children. Really your product is good, so i am using continuously. But your product service is very worst.
