[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — I want a duplicate bill

I have misplaced the original bill. It's just 6 months since i got the water purifier installed and it's stopped working. When i contacted the sales representative he sent the service guy and i told him that the bill is misplaced. So after hearing that he told me that the filter has to be replaced and i should show the bill or i have to pay. I told him the registered mobile number also but he is not agreeing. I have many appliances at home and i know that when we book a complaint they just ask the registered contact number and they will get all the details and they will never ask the bill. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Send a duplicate copy of the bill or i will file a complaint in the consumer court.
