Yesterday the technician mr. Mohan redy attended the maintenance and replacement filters for my water puritier ro enhance (Customer no [protected]) as per my service request no. [protected]
But i 'm sorry to inform you that he has changed refills for only four of the five filters. The refill of the sediment filter fixed externally was not changed.
On 11th june 2018 i paid rs, 7950 to wards the service contract amount for two years valid from 17th june 2018 to 16th june 2020 (Contract receipt no.[protected]
I have been a customer for more than 10 years and every year the refills of all the filters were changed under the same cotract there was no trouble in getting service. But this time one refill was changed while my contract is active how could a policy is changed suddenly without prior intimation.
