[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Incomplete repair | |||
I have AG classic aquaguard and I have renewed my AMC on 30th August, 2016. Some parts of my machine were required to be replaced in our machine. After more than 15 days those parts are replaced after making lots of phone calls and complaints. Now after replacement, the machine is working irregularly. We are just at the mercy of the machine when it will work and when not! More importantly, it is inducing more uncertainty and agony! Mechanic (Shri Uttam Manna) said the replaced circuit board is erroneous! If it so, why do they replace such board? Why not advice us properly? Such practice of doing service for the sake of service should be abolished. I am suffering more than 21 days after just signing the AMC. At least when you repair the machine, why it is not full-proof? Being a member in AMC and being a Aquaguard customer for long time, can' I expect that the wrong parts will be replaced immediately with a new parts such that the machine works smoothly. (G. G.
