Dear sir,
I have lodge a request for installation of my new ro water purifier on 2/12/17. But till now the installation is pending. I have contacted the customer care for several times. But the reply was same, that " our service engineer will come within 2 working days, or same day etc etc. My request number is [protected].

Pl refer to no [protected] dt 02.12.2017 for installation of acquaguard water filter at green residency tetartoli bariatu ranch jharkhand.
I am sorry to complaint you inspire of several reminder no installation has been made till now this is for your information and necessary action.
