The water purifier was bought on17/03/15 receipt no :143 no - 010382, till now it is not installed.As we are working people .When we call them for follow up our calls are diverted for many persons start from manager level, team lead, technician and so on.Even after repeated instruction asking not to report during working hours(8 A.M - 4 P.M), they a make a point to do so just to record customer not available. When we call them to attendend the issue either our phone call is not responded or we are getting reply that the technicians are busy.We are very unhappy about your service.
