Dear madam, I have purchased security system for my home in sept 2018 (Initial advanced in june 2017) from your representative manesh, sr. Territory executive, padivattom, kochi. Whenever i call he does not pick up my calls. This is more of cheating the customer. Till date, no news... I have contacted another person mr. Sreejith... Last month. He said he will do the needful but till date no update. Request you to do the needful as soon as possible, as i have done my full payment for the same to eureka forbes through cheques.
