I have entered into amc for two years in 2018. The amc expires in 2020. I get regular messages on service update to my cell no [protected]. Later i receive a msg that the service is completed. The contact details provided are always out of order. My water purifier wasnt serviced for the past 15 months. I have to fight with a service man and get it done last month after 15 months of contract. Today i recd a msg that the service is due and later now another msg that it is completed. Kindly look into the matter and advise them to do regular service in time. I have paid more than 8000 as amc fee.
