My Aquaguard's complaint is logged by my father who is a senior citizen on 18th of May but still no one has come to address it. He has to bring Bisleri water during lockdown situation which is causing him incovenience. We have paid for a yearly maintenance but the service is hopeless. Every day the customer support promises to send an engineer but no one turns up. This is a harassment and despite paying the maintenance the service is so bad.
