I had purchased a krod free vacuum cleaner and steristeam cleaner on line from eureka forbes under the guidance of the manager of eureka forbes coimbatore. Received the products on 12.05.2020. However i found that the vacuum cleaner is not charging. I mailed my complaint to [protected]@customercare with no response. I called up the local office and was informed that i should register for a replacement of the product on line which i promptly did on 14.05.2020. But till date (27.05.20) i have not received the replacement. If i mail them for the status of the replacement a standard mail that the replacement will be sent in 15 to 21 days time is received. A very disgusting on line shopping experience with eureka forbes.
