Eureka Forbes — Leakage and damaged product supply

Bought new filter Aquaguard Amaze one of the most expensive model end March. Installation was done and water leakage detected. It was repaired by putting teflon and some mods. Again after a week the leakage started and have raised a complaint unattended. Since 10 days are over I cant raise replacement too through flipkart. Now it's been a week I have logged complaint as well as escallation as well as talking to customer care, but no action taken yet. I have to put utensils below the filter so that my cabinets do not spoil.
It is a defective product and Eurèka Forbes should replace it.
