We purchased LVAC VOICE PRO in October 2023, which is making a lot of noise since December end, 2023. We raised complaint number CM[protected] on January 3, 2023. This was closed without resolution and without informing us on 17th Jan.
Raised another complaint CM[protected] on same day.
Followed up with the call center and on email continuously since January 3 till date. They keep on replying that the product will be replaced, it will be shipped in a day or two, however this is not happening and nobody is committing replacement date.
Tried to reach area manager yesterday evening, the phone went unanswered even after several attempts and no callback received.
It is unfortunate and sad that frequent advertises and claims of customer support by Eureka Forbes are completely false and contradict their actual intentions of not providing any services.
