It is really sad to be a customer of eureka forbes. They try to fool customers with the amc. I have been using eureka nova since it's launch and had a regular contract till 2012. But after that never they turned up for the contract nor did i bother but now wen i called them for the contract they say u will be charged for the service even i[censored] take the contract. And what does the contract include is only 1 time candle change. The amount they are charging for the contract is so high that it's just fooling the customers.
