I have a water purifier dr. Magana hd ro + uv. I have through an amc vide contract receipt no.[protected] dated 16/06/18. But it is very unfortunate that the service team has disappeared after signing the contract. After several complaints one mechanic has come and replaced the cartridges with annoying behavior. It is almost past 4 months but no one has come for service. The mineral cartridge is not functioning and other cartridges also have to check.
Therefore it is requested to take immediate necessary action against that amc party and to send a expertise engineer to do the needful for that water purifier.
The amc contract is attached.
