[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Money refund on purchase of Aquaguard reviva ([protected])

We booked Aquaguard reviva UV. Machine came on Tuesday night around 9 pm and next morning plumber came to installed the machine around 8.30 am. The meeting time was always before 10 am and after 8 pm as I have seven days working profile. Story became worse when plumber came but installed the machine at not a suitable height I called to sales executive and he provided me personal number of plumber. I made call to plumber and request to come before 10 am or after 8 pm but he said " ma'am jab chakkar lagega tab aaunga". In next day the leakage took place by the machine tap I made call to sales executive but he disconnected. Finally I made call to customer care in three different day having service and complain number [protected], 98468439 and 98477102 respectively. Each time I got an executive to talk who was ready to say sorry but useless to send a technician and plumber. Finally I said if I don't get the the resolution by today evening ( 08/02/2017- 8pm) then better you give me money back. So I received call from a landline after few hours and that lady told me that it is impossible to send a person before 10 am or 8pm.
On 09/02/2017, one technician came at my place but not at the mentioned time and repaired the leaked tap. On asking him about plumber he said it's not his responsibility. I requested him to raise plumber issue but he said for that I need to give charges. I mentioned that I have lifetime free service. Then he said in that case you need to contact your sales person. I called the sales person and asked him to send the plumber. He said he will try but no one came and problem remained unsolved.
Now my question are:
Why the hell sales executive didn't say that he can't come in that time. He came and sold the product with poorest service support.
This is the services they are providing when my product is actually in money back terms.

Now even when we requested for refund no revert on email.

It's height!!

After raising issue through this portal I finally got call from one of the company's distributer on 15th Feb. His name was MR. Praveen(distribitor from Janakpuri). He said that company asked him to settle your case but I doubt that I sold that product to you. On that I said yes you dint sale that product to me that product was sold by Dharmendra Verma from Peeragarhi. He said that according to company's system his name was shown in front of product sold to me. He requested to copy of bill so that he can identify what's the issue. I did the same. Finally he came up with many reasonings:

First, Dharmendra Verma( sales manager located at Peeragarhi) has no right to make sale of that product.

Second, the offer price of the machine is 8k which was sold to me at 9490.

Third and the final one, Dharmendra Verma made me repetitive call to sell out the product on the special promise of providing lifetime free service on which he committed that "kuch bhi panga Hoga toh Banda ghar par aakr theek krkr jayga. But Mr. Praveen told me that ma'am Aisa kuch Ni hota. He made tonnes of false promises just to meet his sales targets. 

Mr. Praveen said that we install machine first then after ensuring the satisfaction of the consumer we take the payments. But Dharmendra Verma came on Sunday (29/01/2017) and took the payment. After two days that means on Tuesday he came around 9.30pm with machine but without plumber. On Wednesday he came with plumber who installed the machine. But unfortunately he installed the machine at inappropriate height in my absence. And since then I made dozen of call but Dharmendra Verma and his plumber are least interested to pick it up. I wonder on which ground he made promise of lifetime free service. And then words of mr. Praveen comes into my mind that no company promises like this. Undoubtedly just to meet his targets he made me fool.

But still mr. Praveen can't do anything as he didn't get that product sold to me. He said ma'am matter bahot upar tak pahuch gya h but the point is I don't care where the matter has reached I need my money back as one of the company representative cheated on me and even company is not interested to listen the issue and return my money.

I don't care what Dharmendra did and mr. Praveen said. I do remember that it was the company on whom I relied. So now it's company's responsibility to refund my money.

That's it.

I doubt that they will reply once the period of money back (30 days) get ended!!

I guess the concerned fraud person ( Dharmendra Verma ) is still not in a mood to act as a gentleman.
He came on Thursday ( 23/02) when I was not at home. My old and sick parents were there. He came and took that machine back in return he gave me post dated cheque dated (28/02). Over the phone he said due to Shivratri Saturday and Sunday banks will remain off. So he is giving cheque dated Monday (27/02). I asked for the cash but he said "baad me de jaunga". I asked him that he can take back the machine once he pay cash to me but he said he need to submit that machine to company on that day only. In addition he also took machine stand with him for which I paid 300 rupees along with the machine value. I made call on Thursday night asking why did he took that stand on which he said he will return that on Friday( 24/02). In addition he said he will bring cash and take the cheque back. On Friday I made so many calls but at night he finally said that he will come on Monday.
The point is, over the call he said he is giving cheque dated Monday (27/02) but it is dated Tuesday (28/02).
He also said he will give me cash by Friday but then he said he will give that on Monday.
Moreover he has taken that stand for which I have paid separately and he is well aware of that.
One more thing to add on today evening (25/02) one sales executive came at my place offering another models (Aquaguard magna cost of rupees 13000), his name was Shailendra. He said they will take the cheque given by Dharmendra Verma and the balanced amount I need to give them to buy that new model. I asked him if he is sent by Dharmendra Verma .On that he said he is from different team but I just trapped him and he admitted that he sits with him in the same office at Peeragarhi.
In short that concerned fraud man is still thinking ways to make me fool. How cool is this!!
What kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is this. He came and took the machine but did not pay my money back. In addition he is still finding way to make me fool and test my patience.

And to be honest I still have doubt if the cheque will get clear or not.

Please look into it on priority as it was Eureka Forbes which we relied on.
