[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — my aquaguard green ro has stopped working and eureka forbes has failed to resolve the recurring issue | |
My aquaguard green ro water-purifier is under amc. I logged a complaint on 27/02/2020 that it is not working. Your customer-care executive sent technician mr. M. Shankar the same day and he resolved the issue. However, the same issue recurred on 04/03/2020. Again, your customer-care executive sent the same technician mr. M. Shankar the same day and he resolved the issue again. The same issue (Sr# [protected]) recurred for the third time on 07/03/2020, it is assigned to the same technician again despite my repeated request to send some other senior-technician who can resolve the issue permanently not temporarily. Eureka forbes has failed to send a technician since then despite reminding them again and again and again. When tried to escalate the issue on their website, it is returning the message, “your ticket is no longer valid.” they are not picking-up the phone[protected]/62601888.
