Purchased one month back in naval canteen, opened today to use that. Observed the damaged sucking hose in the pack. I couldn't make the warranty signed. I can send the damaged sucking hose pictures to you, if you need. What my intention is this might have happened right at the packing stage, but not in the transit or else. I suggest you to please check your product to reach your customer without any damage other wise loose trust on you and your product.
