Very much disappointed with eureka forbes company, ordered eureka forbes aquaguared magna hd ro uv with mineral catridge with order no.[protected]...Date of purchase in online[protected]. Complaint no.[protected] reg no.[protected] we bought this product 5 months back, but no one has come to install the product, we ve called the customer care many times...Every time they tell us, "sir we will be installing in 24 hrs" but 5 months have been passed ...But there is no response ...Very much disapointed with the company..I request them to take back the product. 2.6years back we purchased aquaguard crystal uv+ from there till now no one has come for servicing the same. I had called customer care for the same long back but no response till today. My contact no has bern changed i dont remember which no i had given at tome of purchase. Please send some one immediately
