Dear Sir/Madam This is to bring to your notice the pathetic customer service experience that eureka forbes is giving to new customers. I bought Aquaguard Enhance RO model on last week. I called customer care 39883333 on 10th May, 2017 and requested for installation. The request trail can be traced using mobile number [protected]. Since then I am calling almost everyday but nobody turned up till now for installation. I am using Kent water RO at this moment and frankly speaking, never faced issues with customer service. I am planning to return the aquaguard RO and will buy something else as I am afraid of the kind of service I am going to get. Pls use this email for training your customer care people as only thing they are doing is to mislead the customer with mocked up explanations.
