I am frustrated with services of Eurea, I have installed a new Enhanced RO /Technicaila came and he was not carrying proper instrument to check TDS, When I asked said wil visit next day and since last 12 days I made multiple calls to technician and to Customer care, I have escalated matter 3 times, Everyday same response technician will visit soon, My family had stomach upset due to low TDS, Everyday I am byung drinking water from last 10 days since it got installed, I want to escalate it and would like to go for legal actions, Was this information helpful? |
