[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — new unit aquaguard geneus plus button not working | |||||
Dear sir/ madam I have bought a new aqua guard geneus plus online from eureka forbes website. I received unit in a good condition but after opening it for installation today the mineral modulator up and down button are not working properly. Inspite of buying it online at a higher price in the company website i got a defect unit. I request you to kindly replace the unit immediately and do the needful. It's almost a month now and these eureka Forbes people not yet taken back the unit from my home and forget about refund amount. Now they are not responding as usual.
