[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — no after sale service and irresponsible behaviour by employees | |||
Sir/M'am FYI, more than 08-09 Times I made call at [protected] to rectify my number which is wrongly updated by your employees, but to vain. After Sale no one ever came for after sale service, which is pathetic and above all they have registered someone else number on my product which caused further issue and hurdle for me. Even the customer care person are unable to trace the details. Please go through the details and do the needful. Also, with reference to service request no.: [protected], I need to inform that the appointment date was on Monday i.e. 10/06/2019, but the service man came two days before i.e. 08/06/2019 at evening when we weren't at home. I don't understand why such a renowned company gives appointment and fix date when their own employee don't know how to work on fixed dates? and yesterday after 08 p.m. they called and asked me can they come at that time, I directly enquired is it a working time? I am shocked with your working style and the job responsibilities. Kindly check all my records and phone call, even I have recording of all calls.
