We had logged a complaint on 9th Oct.
Complaint no : [protected] regarding regular service to be performed for filter, however, since then filter quality and performance has deteriorated after service, we have been trying to reach the customer care, however after numerous calls and discussion no person has turned to resolve the issue.
These person do AMC however do not respond on any issues.
Really pathetic service it is now already 15 days since this complaint was first logged and still there is no awail.
