Eureka Forbes — No intimation after order booking | |||
I have recently purchased Dr Aquaguard Magna UV from Aquaguard website.But its been more than 30hrs there is no intimation or any information on my shipment status from Eureka Forbes team.Multiple email and multiple times they have been contacted but no help as of now. My user id is [protected] and my transaction id is 62757.The item was booked in the name of TapanKumar Jana. In other cases they are very prompt and repeatedly make promotion calls.But when it comes to this problem there is no call back or reply over mails.Very regrettable of company like Eureka Forbes. Its been 2 days since your post, still there has been no a single call on the resolution of the issue. PLease share the details if you have any instead of making false claims about people shall be contacting.
I also put up a request for the purchase of another product and got multiples, starting from your local office to Delhi/Bangalore, calls for it. Its looks your priority is only to make sales and nothing after it.Very regrettable.
