Eureka Forbes — No proper response towards service complaints | |||
Sir/Mam, I am having problem with my aquaguard as water is not coming out of it. I made lots of phone calls to a person named "Hemendra Bhatnagar"(Phone no:[protected]), , Chetak Circle, Udaipur Office division from last 3 days and that person is missguiding me saying that the technician is on the way. I am in contract period of 3 years with your company but the services are totally not up to the mark. I am facing such problems from last 1.5 years which has forced me to make an online complain. Please help me out regarding the proper functioning of my aquaguard. Hoping for your positive response.
