Eureka Forbes — No response after official complaint through on line Complain no:CM[protected] DATED[protected]

Water Purifiers purchased in the year 2018.
Sparingly used as self was out of station for four years.
Always AMC maintained
Last AMC was for 24 months called Gold AMC, no:sales order no:[protected] dated 02=02=2024.
Observed powering up problem for the machines on 17th February 2024, complain on line given no :CM[protected].
technician attended on 20th February after repetitive request on line but could not solve the problem. highlights: demented the machine, removed the electronic cards, cut the wires, kept everything opened.went out and told next day he will attend. Till today nobody turned up.
repetitive complain has been raised but no response,
Getting doubt about Eureka Forbes wether this company deteriorated so below or standard of the technicians are very poor standard. Or management are not bothered to do business. No comments.
However need help to solve the problems. Kindly help.
