Eureka Forbes — No Response for Repair | |||||
Dear all I am suggesting all of you not to purchase any product from Eureka forbes. I am calling customer care from November 2020 and today is 18th of February 2021 for Repair my water purifier which I purchased in the month of course September 2020.It damaged in between 2 months but still no one is responding for my problem. This is purely a fake company and product also. They only know how to sell the product. After selling they forget to give you service. Please please spread this message to all your near and dear to stop purchasing any product from Eureka forbes. They are doing only scam in India. I have already shared this with 10000 people. I have bought a water purifier from Eureka Forbes. The warranty is going to end in one month, and the purifier stopped working. I am calling customer care for the last 25 days and they keep promising that they will get in touch in 2 days, but no one is coming or calling or anything! I am now convinced that they are delaying it intentionally so that my product will go out of warranty and they will charge me for the repair. I haven't seen such unprofessional people elsewhere. All they want from you is to buy their product and after that their job is done.
