Eureka Forbes — No response for service request for water purifier | |||
My consumer code is [protected]. I had placed a service request for water purifier at the call center. I was informed that the technician would visit my residence in a day or two. When no one came for 2-3 days, I followed up with the call center. I have since been following up with the call center but there is no resolution provided so far. No technician has visited my residence till date. Such a delay for servicing a water purifier is not acceptable (water being one of the most important things in one's daily life). I have been a Eureka Forbes customer many years now and it is disappointing to see the drop in service levels of Eureka Forbes who claims to be a 'Friend for Life' and provide 'value for money' to its customers.
