Eureka Forbes — No response for Servicing/Repairing after following n number of times | |||
Hi, I would like to bring into the light the worst servicing provided by Eureka Forbes. I have sent an SMS/Filled online form for servicing/ Called customer care more than 4 times, but no one ever showed up for the servicing. After calling i always got a response that we are escalating your complain to higher level but nothing happened ever. Finally, i gave up and called the private water purifier servicing guy to repair the purifier. This is totally pathetic. They do not even respond for anything. I hope if you are reading this then at least improve your service a bit. Was this information helpful? | |||
