Dear Sir/ Maam,
I have filed my request on the helpline of Eureka Forbes on 25th July 2024. I have paid the full AMC amiunt for the whole year.

I must have made over 10 calls to the helpline number. Everytime I get the same reply that the issue has been escalated and you will receive a call from the Service Engineer today.
That today has not arrived until this moment.
I am utterly frustrated with this approach and lacklustre response. why do they collect the AMC in advance ?
I cannot talk to anyone else except the helpline attendant, who can only promise and cannot share any other contact details.
Such unpressional service from Eureka Forbes is highly regrettable.
I will NEVER prucahse any product from this company again..
Pls help me in getting a refund my AMC amount or send the service engineer immediately.
If Eureka Forbes cannot do either, I would consider the AMC amount as donation to this ailing company.
May this Company's soul rest in peace.
