Eureka Forbes — no service at all even after charging for amc | |||
We are using dr aquaguard magna hd ro+uv nxt, logged a service request [protected] on 17-march-2020, i agree there was lockdown and other things, but even after close to 3 months there is no resolution, i have escalated almost close to 5 times, 2 times over call, 3 times over web, pathetic response. 1-june some executive called me and telling me that the filter needs to be changed, i have requested him to address this by visiting the premises, but he is not willing to come and says he is experienced and can tell what has gone wrong without even looking into the system. Thing is 18-jan they have changed the filters and we renewed our amc, within 2 months the filters can go bad?? I asked him and he don't have answer for that. Absolutely the service of eureka forbes is always pathetic but they have stooped to this level!!! My god!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
