[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — NO SERVICE EVEN AFTER PAYING RS. 4800 FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT | |||
AFTER REGISTERING A COMPLAINT (NO. [protected]) REGARDING A FAULTY AQUAGUARD MACHINE. A MECHANIC CAME TO INSPECT THE MACHINE ON 4TH JUNE 2015. HE SAID THAT THE CONTROL BOARD NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. SINCE HE DID NOT HAVE THE SPARES WITH HIM, HE PROMISED TO COME THE NEXT DAY. NOW FOUR DAYS HAVE PASSED AND AFTER MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS TO THE HELPLINE NUMBER, NO MECHANIC HAS COME TO REPAIR THE MACHINE. I RECENTLY (IN APRIL 2015) PAID RS. 4800 FOR THE AMC. BUT EVEN AFTER PAYING SO MUCH, MY MACHINE IS NOT BEING REPAIRED. Was this information helpful? | |||

I DONT WANT YOUR STUPID SPEECH / DIALOGUE. I WANT MY MACHINE FIXED ON AN ASAP BASIS. EUREKA FORBES SERVICE HAS BECOME VERY BAD. NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM A REPUTED COMPANY.
