Hi, I am Sanjay Kapoor and had lodged a complaint # [protected] on 28th Oct'16 for non functioning of my RO and inspite of my repeated reminders to customer care as well as their Service area Head, none of the technician has visited my place. Everyday I get only one reply that technician would visit today for sure... The senior executives in the company do not come online and listen to the grievance of the customer & are always busy in meetings. My RO is under AMC till april 2017 and inspite of being paid hefty amount on AMC, I am bound to buy water from outside and have so far spent appx. INR 2500.
Even today when I called the customer care, I got the same reply that it would be resolved today. Will some Senior executive in the company look into it?????? Was this information helpful? |
