Eureka Forbes — No service is provided even after repeated requests

I purchased Aqua Guard Superb (RO+UV+UF+MTDS) on 06 Dec 2019 and for last one month m getting service light blinking on my RO. Even after placing repeated service requests no one is bothered to attend the complain.
