I bought a UV water purifier 5 months back from Eureka Forbes. But I should not call it a Purifier as it is doing exact opposite of it. We get treated water in our society and the TDS of water remains between 100-170. The taste of water changed about a month ago, so, I raised the service request to see if pre-filter or main filters has any issues. But it's been 2 weeks since I raised the complaint, but no one has showed despite several escalations and calls. Today morning, I got TDS meter and checked the supply water. The TDS of supply water was 110 and the water coming through purifier was 720. We have been drinking this water for weeks now. The indicator is not blinking as claimed by company and explained by technician. When I called up customer service and asked to transfer the call to escalation manager since I was not getting any resolution. This guy turned out to be less than useless. I explained the problem to him and asked why you didn't assign a different technician if assigned person is not visiting. He said that is not something in his scope. So, if this assigned technician decide not to visit for next one year, I won't get purifier serviced.
It has one year warranty which company is not honoring and they are not even providing service. Was this information helpful? |
