Eureka Forbes — No service provided for water purifier in spite of service contract

This refers to my complaint no. 78518309 dated 30th Sept 2014 to Eureka
Forbes regarding my Nova Aqua guard water purifier.
Even after several reminders, no one has attended my complaint so far
inspite of having a 3 year service contract. The last service was done in
April-14 with your help after negligence on their part.
Hence, request you to once again help me out and oblige.
