I had purchased a water purifier (Aquaguard) in aug-2018. From then i have been chasing for a service. Twice i complained but still no response. Here is the recent request number #[protected] that i raised. Warranty also ends by 20th of aug 2019. However, no single service was done. Everytime i call customer care, they take a request but no one turns up to perform the service. Please do care for water filters. Remember that a human being is drinking the water. Eureka forbes seems to be interested only in making business. But if i fall sick due to the drinking unpurified water issue, i will file a complaint against this.
